Revision of the YPA - Memorandum

As part of the revision of the Youth Protection Act (YPA), the FFARIQ has worked very hard with numerous jurisdictions, in particular to ensure greater recognition of foster families with institutions, especially in cases of children being removed. We are still waiting for the government’s decision on these changes. We will keep you informed of developments.
